Reimbursement & Refund Policy
1. Scope. This policy applies to all services provided by reliablebrandstudio, located at Avda. del Cantabrico 27, Arroyomolinos, Madrid, Espana, including but not limited to: web development, brand identity design, e-commerce solutions, SEO optimization, content strategy, cloud infrastructure, social media campaigns, and full digital overhaul projects.
2. Cancellation Before Work Commences. If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].
3. Cancellation During Project Execution. Projects are delivered in defined phases with milestone-based payments. If you cancel during a phase: (a) you will be invoiced for all completed and approved milestones; (b) you will receive a refund for any prepaid amounts covering work not yet commenced; (c) all completed deliverables for paid milestones will be transferred to you.
4. Non-Refundable Items. The following are non-refundable once delivered: (a) third-party license fees (domains, hosting, software subscriptions) purchased on your behalf; (b)定制设计方案 that have been approved and signed off by the client; (c) work completed under time-and-materials agreements.
5. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables. If you are dissatisfied with a delivered milestone, you must notify reliablebrandstudio within 7 calendar days of delivery with specific, documented feedback. We will provide up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost to address legitimate concerns within the original project scope.
6. Force Majeure. reliablebrandstudio shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
7. Governing Law. This refund policy is governed by Spanish law and the consumer protection regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Espana.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing and using the website and services of reliablebrandstudio, registered at Avda. del Cantabrico 27, Arroyomolinos, Madrid, Espana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Service Description. reliablebrandstudio provides digital agency services including, but not limited to: brand identity architecture, full-stack web engineering, e-commerce solutions, SEO optimization, content strategy, cloud infrastructure deployment, social media campaign management, and comprehensive digital transformation projects.
3. Project Engagement. All projects begin with a discovery phase and formal quotation. A project is considered active only upon: (a) written acceptance of the quotation; (b) receipt of the initial milestone payment. Scope changes after project commencement must be documented via written change orders and may affect pricing and timelines.
4. Payment Terms. Payments are structured in milestones as defined in the project quotation. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance. Late payments may incur a statutory interest rate of 8 percentage points above the ECB reference rate, in accordance with Directive 2011/7/EU on late payments in commercial transactions.
5. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom deliverables (designs, code, content) are transferred to the client. reliablebrandstudio retains the right to display completed work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, libraries) remain subject to their original licensing terms.
6. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 24 months.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, reliablebrandstudio's total aggregate liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Warranty. We warrant that all deliverables will conform to the specifications defined in the project agreement for a period of 90 days following final delivery. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover issues arising from unauthorized modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting environment changes.
9. Termination. Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination: (a) all completed and paid-for work will be delivered to the client; (b) outstanding invoices for completed milestones become immediately due; (c) any prepaid amounts for uncommenced work will be refunded.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Espana.
